Shipping & Delivery.

When is my order shipped?

We ship within 72 hours of the order being placed.

How long will it take to get my order?

This depends on whether it is an *International or a Domestic order. All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 15 - 21 business days. *Please see International Orders for more details.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use the USPS, EMS, AustPost, and a range of others. To keep shipping rates down we compare costs between these carriers and ship the most efficient way.

How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your order confirmation and it has been over 2 business days, please contact us at sales@bak2bay6.com

Entering discount/gift card code.

On the last page before you click "complete my purchase" there will be two boxes where you can enter your discount codes or gift card code. Once you have entered either of these codes click "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount. Now press "complete my purchase". You cannot enter coupon codes if you click the "pay with PayPal" option or combined with other discount codes and also when signing up for subscriptions as when signing up for a subscription you are already receiving a 10% discount, you have to use the direct checkout feature to enter a code. Where’s my package?

When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.

What are the shipping rates?

We work hard to lower our shipping costs to pass those savings on to you. Right now, we offer free shipping on orders $50 and over. Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of $6 for shipping for anything else. *Orders that are being shipping outside of the United States are charged on a case-by-case basis and may include additional processing and handling fees. Where do you ship?

We ship all around the world. Unfortunately, due to international customs, some of our products are not allowed to be shipped to certain sanctioned Countries. 

International Orders

For orders placed directly through our site, international shipping costs will range anywhere from Free Shipping to $US16-$US80, depending on the total weight of the package. International packages will take typically 2-4 weeks to arrive at their destination. Please feel free to email us or give us a call if there is anything we can further assist you with.

Customs Fees

Each country varies in customs fees and it's something we can't actually gauge. We charge international fee's in relation to your location as well as the total weight of your package and they range anywhere from $16-$80 USD, but any additional fees have to be taken up with customs in your country.

How can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend emailing us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.

How do I return an item/receive a refund?

If you find that you’re not completely satisfied with your product choice, we will gladly issue you a refund. We offer a full, no fuss money back guarantee. That’s how committed we are to our products. All we ask is that you send us a quick message on why you feel it didn’t meet your standards. We are always looking for ways to improve our product.

Where can I buy this store's Products?

On this website or through Social Media Sites. However to keep prices fair we’re not yet located in any retail locations, but when we branch out we’ll be sure to keep you up to date on all of our locations!

Can I place an order by phone?

No, not yet. To keep our costs to the bare minimum we do not offer this service.

How safe is it to order online?
